A licensed physical therapist performs a review of the patient’s history, both current and past health status, a relevant systems review to determine general health, and tests and measurements. This occurs prior to any intervention. A physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis and a plan of care is then established.
A typical one-to-one session is 60 minutes.
The physical therapist will use procedures and techniques to produce changes in dysfunction, disability, and/or level of function. Interventions may include but is not limited to therapeutic exercise, balance training, massage/soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, neurological re-education, functional re-training, strength training, balance training, gait training, etc.
Always one-to-one instruction.
Typical treatment sessions last 60 minutes. The frequency and duration of each treatment is related to the patient's needs and their goals.
We provide post recovery programming once skilled physical therapy services are no longer required. A recent physical prior to beginning any exercise program is highly recommended.
Currently accept Medicare, BCBS, Aetna, motor vehicle cases, and many more.
For out-of-network physical therapy services a claim will be submitted to the patient's insurance on their behalf.

Kira Ellis, PT, DPT 40QA01405400 received her physical therapy license from the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners after graduating with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers-Camden and the University of Medicine and Dentistry-School of Health Related Professionals in 2011.
Throughout her clinical experience she treated children to young adults with disabilities and adults with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. She also worked in multiple acute care settings.
Kira began her career treating predominantly outpatient orthopedic cases. As she continued her passion in orthopedics she also worked per-diem in both an acute and outpatient hospital setting. Here, she enjoyed evaluating and treating patients immediately after total joint replacements.
Throughout the years her passion for providing optimal care has led her to embark on the journey of business ownership where she can provide one-to-one treatment in a setting that will be most comfortable and convenient for the patient.
Kira married her husband in 2015 and feels blessed every day for her three beautiful children. They remind her daily that time is precious. She enjoys traveling and exposing her children to new experiences.
Kira is an extremely talented therapist who was instrumental in my recovery. If you are in need, she is the most caring and knowledgeable practitioner. 3/3/2022, Chester, NJ.
I first met Kira after back surgery for scoliosis when I had constant lower back pain and my core strength was practically non existent. With her help I got my core stronger than it had ever been and eliminated my back pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and finds the perfect balance between pushing me to work hard and keeping me from overdoing it. Her support throughout my recovery made a huge difference and I wouldn't be where I am without her. Cannot recommend her enough!
